We completed a 15-panel solar installation for an Eastbourne homeowner in June 2026. This system features 15 Aiko Energy AIKO-A475-MCE54Mb solar panels, providing a 7.12 kWp capacity. An Anker SOLIX X1-H6K-S inverter manages the power, paired with an Anker SOLIX X1-B5-H battery offering 10 kWh storage. The system generates around 6,667 kWh annually. It offsets 139% of the home's electricity consumption. This translates to estimated annual savings of £1,612 for the homeowner.

Installer’s notes

15 Aiko A475 panels, 7.12 kWp (the size of the array), with a 10 kWh Anker battery. Aiko panels are on three of our published systems and this is one of them. The design showed it making a little more than the household uses. That gives the 10 kWh battery plenty of spare daytime power to charge from. More of it is then used in the house instead of going out to the grid.
