“6.0 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (1) Yes this is the first 6 star feedback for this fantastic company and they should be 10 out of 10. WOW what a great find they were in the first place. I had been considering Solar for a long time but had put it off but decided to take the plunge with Eastbourne Energy and the experience from start to finish (6 weeks) has been so smooth.I read the reviews and they sang nothing but praise.They made Lee the owner sound like a Saviour!. There was no doubt in my mind that this was the company to choose. James the surveyor arrived first and was very down to earth and obviously very knowledgeable of the product and suggesting what would be best for my situation. The tariff information provided was also provided looking into the future of the system. There was no pressure selling pitch from James just friendly advice to which myself and Lucky listened to intently. When James left my mind was made up and I started the ball rolling without hesitation and accepted an excellent quote and fully comprehensive proposal document. It was a pleasure on the day to invite the electricians Sean and James and the fitters, Josh and Matt into the house. There was also a visit from Lee (the Saint!) to ensure that all was running smoothly and he lives up to his nickname. What a real nice guy. The installation took all day and went into early evening I was not surprised when they carried on into the 'night' to finish the job as all of them are entirely dedicated to their work. The day after again Lee visited to make sure that all was all as we wished. My wife and I have spoken about the experience and it will be one that we will not forget. It was one of reassurance, confidence in Eastbourne Energy and a great investment into the future .They were all super friendly and its nice to know that they are all just down the road if needed. Lee and gang thanks from all of us here for a Job superbly done.”
